C1249 open in stop light switch

I have change the brake light switch, skid control,mainbody ECU have also check the continuity from brake switch to skid control and it all ok but I still have fault code C1249 coming on if I diagnose the car thanks.

Vehicle: 2008 Toyota camry Hv,2AZ engine
