p0430 bank 2 code after changing both cats

Question

I have a 2000 Infiniti i30. I have change both cats and the codes all cleared one day and came back the next. What do I need to do now if i am still getting p0430 bank 2 code and please send me a picture or diagram of this and how much does this part usually cost?

could also be a different problem like

-Intake air leaks
-Fuel injectors may be faulty
-Fuel injector leaks
-Spark plugs may be faulty
-Improper ignition timing
