How to fix TCC lock up failure - code p0741

Question

My orange wrench light kept coming on and the code showed P0741, failure of lock up function on the TCC. I disconnected the battery and replaced the solenoid pack but the TCC is still not locking at steady road speeds. Wrench light still comes on after driving 10 min or so.
