2013 jeep grand cherokee 3.6L.. check engine code came back coolant, all fliuds checked at required levels and temp so I reset code a week later it came back on without any signs of an issue.. Any ideas? Thank you Brenda

You should check whit an OBDII scanner what is the code number, without the code number you will be just guessing what the problem is. Common problems for coolant codes are the coolant temperature sensor and thermostat.
