Where is the BECM located in 2007 Saturn Vue Hybrid?

Question

I got a code P1A04 for 2007 Saturn vue hybrid, it is BECM fault code...but where is it located? can it be tested off the vehicle? relation to Starter Generator Control Module? sorry novice at this..any pictures or advice would be helpful.

Actual problem: Charge Assist guage works when ignition is turned on, but hybrid function is not working and got P1A04 code.
