2011 Fusion Car shakes bad in drive after replacing serpentine belt.

Question

I have 2011 Ford Fusion 4cyl. The serpentine belt broke while my husband was driving, going 75 on the interstate. He pulled over as soon as he noticed that it said it was getting hot. He had it towed to auto store and replaced the serpentine belt but when he put the car in drive, it starts to shake really bad. He first thought it was a broke motor mount but now we're not sure. It still starts and accelerates in drive but we are leary about driving it. The check engine light is on and pulled up the following codes at Advanced Auto: p1299, p0625, p1285. This is our family car. My husband can fix just about anything on a care but diagnosing it is our issue. Any advice is appreciated. We do have a certified mechanic coming over to check it out but wanted to get a jump start on possibilities.
