Neutral lights it's blinking when in drive

Question

1. Engine light has been on for a while
2. Neutral light start blinking while driving
3. Neutral light only comes on when in driving for in forward such as driver 1 and lower gear the light continuing to blame Non-Stop when in forward driving mode
