How do I determine what parts are needed for a P1698 & P1495 code

My car is a 2000 Chrysler Sebring Jxi 2.4L. It overheated, stalled, sat for 2 weeks, started up then started to run rough. My check engine soon light is off and on.The codes I received were P1698 and P1495. How do I figure out exactly where the problems are and what parts to buy?
