C1130 code after Injen CAI install

Question

I installed the injen CAI with the long pipes that sit low to the ground. I initially had the MAF sensors installed backwards but have since then corrected. I just got a OBD2 reading at Orielly’s and I have 16 codes. My car has run like shit since the install. Delayed throttle response, no power, difficulties shifting gears(automatic tranny), high idle (1.5rpm), Boggs down, overall rubbish
