Codes P0038 and P0138 have shown up after changing out o2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2, what do i do?

I have a 2009 Hyundai sonata 2.4L. If a connection has been improvised because of old and current connectors didn't fit, could that be the problem I'm running into with all these codes or am I having to change out all 3 o2 sensors?
