P0171 on vw golf 1.6 53 plate

Question

I have changed the front oxygen sensor and fuel filter, but is currently only getting about 18mpg and is struggling to get any power.
Have put the reader in my car and it says it’s running too lean, will changing the MAF sensor sort this code?
