My van won't start has to do with theft system & code p1260 does anyone know how to fix?

I've already attempted jump starting it. And banging on starter plud the bypass starter strategy and nothing. I got it triple a'd to an auto shop the mechanic says it has something to do with theft system and code p1260 pls help me
