evap canister location

Question

I have small and large leak codes and loose gas cap light. Car will not pass inspection because of codes. Where is evap canister and purge valves located? Car only has 41,000 easy miles on it.

The evap canister should be located under the car at the rear on the opposite side of the Exhaust pipe look for like a black box or cylinder with some air hoses running to it . The purge valve is another problem depending on what kind of car it is the location in the engine bay might be different from other models but one of the valve connects directly to the evap canister the other should be somewhere in the engine bay connecting to the intake manifold
