2005 Nissan Altima with code P1273, how quick it needs to be fix?

It depends how long you would like to drive with the engine light ON. If you have the P1273 code, you may have to replaced the Air/Fuel ration sensor. (more info: https://www.autocodes.com/p1273_nissan.html). A bad sensor may cause low MPG and/or possible reduce engine performance.
