my 94 Lexus es300 is showing code p1600 for ecm batt I have not found any information on it and I don't now what it means or how to fix it if anyone has any instructions on how to find this problem and fix it.. I can finally smog my. car but I can't till this problem is fixed witch I have no clue how to do... please help
