2005 Ford Focus 2.0L with engine code P0751

Question

I have this code and I replaced solenoid A&B and the fluid looked good. I then checked all the grounds and sanded them. The transmission still shifts hard and skips 3rd. It heats up fast and the code comes back.

Any ideas what to do next?
