2012 Mini Cooper Clubman with engine code P1447

Question

The yellow engine light has come on and hasn't gone off even when cooled down. Could regular gas do this or not close the gas cap correct? My husband took it to Auto Zone to run a Dianostic test and it came up P1447 code.

It's possible. Try erasing the code first and if the light comes back you may have to take it your MINI dealer.
