Intermitent Check engine light gives a P028 code on Subaru. Light goes on and off. Do I need to replace Knock Sensor?

I replaced gas cap but P0328 come came back and then turned off. Should I replace Knock sensor?

Most of the time the knock sensor requires replacement with this code.

There is one wire you can test for voltage, it should have 5 volts with the key on.
