P2138 solution

dealer could not find solution to P2138 code but replaced throttle positioning sensor...code came back...checked IP harness connection as per GM bulletin...cleared code again and 4 hours later code P2138 is thrown again !

Vehicle: Saturn Astra XR 2008 1.8l
