2003 Ford Mustang gt eninge code P0135

Question

I have a 2003 Ford Mustang gt that keeps reading the code for 02 sensor bank1 sensor 1. I’ve replaced the 02sensor twice with brand new ones and each time the same code keeps coming back. So I had it on a scanner and it does read alittle but not how it should. What could be the problem and how do I fix it
