Will a broken motor mount on my 1998 Cadillac Deville Northstar cause hesitation miss firing in rough idle?

This will not cause a misfire. Typically the misfire is the result of a problem with the ignition system. A bad coil or plug wire or even a bad spark plug. But the mount won't cause this.
