Transmission issues and the TCM

Question

I just purchased a 2003 dodge ram 2500 with a 5.7 litre Hemi, I had to replace the wiring harness for the transmission well I run my snap-on scanner and it said it had a bad shift solenoid and another solenoid on the valve body. So I purchased a low mile trans and used the valve body and case sensors from it into my trans in the truck.now it's throwing a code of 0700 on the scanner, it's full on fluids new filters and pan with new gasket. It will start and run with no issues but as I put it in reverse or drive it will not move,saying it's the TCM. I want to replace it just need to know what years I can use for the TCM and any other diagnosis answers you can help me with will be muxh appreciated. Thanks
