Good morning i'm Rafael from caracas, venezuela, my 2010 jeep grand cherokee, fails to start when ambient temp is bellow 70F and high moisture, when i turn the key, the anti-theft light flashes and no crank, some times if i with the dashboard over the stereo area, it cranks and fail or crank and start, when we scan and is failing it shows U1197 code, we already replaced the WIN module and cleaned the wiring harness from alarm system and satellite security system
