1993 Dodge Ram 250 B250, code makes no sense

Question

I am a bit puzzled by this code and Autocodes feedback. All Dodge diesel in the last 38 years have used Cummins engines and my 93 Ram 250 is no exception which flashed this DTC. As I'm sure your aware Cummins motors Don't have Glow plugs. So what else could this code be trying to say?

This code doesn't make sense because if your Dodge is a 93, it is not flashing an OBDII code. The site and codes are based off OBDII codes. You will need to locate the dealer codes for the 93 and use the old system to figure out your flash code. Essentially you are not getting a P0382 code from a 93 model year truck.
