To much oil in car now it don’t work

Hi there I topped up my partners car with oil and its basically not working I no it’s sucked oil through the turbo. I need to no if I need new engine or just gaskets I put a maxi scan on it an it give me this code 1509141 but that tells me it won’t start I no that lol I need help I no nothing about cars man many thanks jack
