2003 Lincoln Aviator p0660, p0340 loss of power, bad acceleration

Question

Hi I have a 2003 lincoln aviator with a p0660 (intake manifold tuning valve), a p0340 (crankshaft position sensor) and also an evap canister purge malfunction. When I am driving the car will for one have an obvious loss of power but also it will bog out on me when I am fully pressed down on the pedal going both slow and fast and the RPMs will go down to zero for a second and I gain all power back. It feels like it's being choked out when I press on the gas. It feels like it might stall but it catches itself back. I'm at a loss here. Please help!
