P0121 chevy ive changer intake gaskets throttle body and cleaned mass air flow snsore

I have a 2008 Chevy HHR it has a P0121 code that I cant get to clear . have already changed the intake manifold gaskets throttle body and cleaned the mass air flow sensor it is still running the same.
