My car does not move immediately i engage the gear in the morning, it takes about 20 seconds for the car to move. But it moves immediately if it's on reverse position.

There are many things that could cause that problem. You should start by checking the transmission fluid level and condition, low or dirty fluid can cause a delay as you describe. If you haven't change the fluid in over 30,000 miles, you should change the fluid.
