2000 Toyota Avalon XLS 3.0L with engine code P1354. What does this mean?

I replaced the VVTiming Solenoid Bank 2 and the codes P1349 & P1351 went away, but after driving the car for about 20 miles this new code P1354 appeared.

Any ideas, please?

It's possible there is a timing belt issue. I would check the timing, oil level and the vvt solenoid. It's also possible there is a wiring problem or the ecm is failing. Here is some good info on the code for you.
