2003 Toyota Echo, got this code P0011 after I changed my oil. What is the problem?

what weight of oil did you use? using a heavy weight of oil might set the code off, 10w or 20w

 

P0011 TOYOTA - Camshaft Position 'A' Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance Bank 1

Possible causes

-Dirty Oil
- Variable Valve Timing (VVT) circuit is open or shorted
- Oil Control Valve (OCV) circuit is open or shorted
- Faulty variable valve timing (VVT)
- Faulty oil control valve (OCV)
- Damaged ECM
