c1241 code, 2010, Highlander

Question

Possible causes and cures. We were up north over Christmas and New Years. Car was in our garage in Florida for those two weeks. When we got back we had 4 error codes.C1201. c1241, p0306, p0300. so far I have changed a 6 plugs. Car has 90,000 miles on it.

Probably got all the code due to low battery. I recommend just clearing all the codes and use high octane gas for a few days.
