What would cause p0700 and p0300 code at same time?

Wondering what would cause 300 and 700 codes at same time on2004 suzuki Swift?

The P0300 code is for cylinder misfire, and the most common problem for that code is the spark plugs and/or ignition coils. The P0700 code is an information code only and there may be a problem with the transmission. but on your vehicle, the P0700 code can even be trigger for problems with the engine performance. I wouldn't be too concerned with the P0700 code, just try to fix the P0300 code.
