P0113 code what is the fix?

Hiii I have 2001 Legacy b4 TwinTurbo the car showing code P0113 Intake Air temperature sensor 1 circuit high input, pls tell me where is sensor location and what parts number thnx

The Intake Air Temperature Sensor is on the back of the engine compartment, unfortunately, I don't the part number.

Hiii there I can’t find the intake air temperature sensor1 because my car is twin turbo you send me link non turbo there is intercooler on the top no air filter box thnx
