Codes P1168, P1288, P1289 and then P1286 came back after having only put on just over 100km on a new front cat. (nissan said it was the left front cat was plugged). Only one hundred km! did they say to change the wrong thing, misread the codes? or is their a problem with the repair that was done at another shop that was not nissan. Or is it a fuel filter or pump issues, a leak??

Vehicle: 2004, nissan, quest, 3.5
