2007 lexus is 250 not shifting past 3rd gear,goes on safe mode

Question

My lexus 2007 Is250 does not shift past 3rd gear it goes on safe mode,but no Engine or VSC light comes On .Oil and Filter has been changed,Scanned and fault shift solenoid C stuck came on.

The mechanical part of the shift solenoid it's probably damage and is sticking. There are some tests that need to be done to verify the problem, but more than likely you have to replace the solenoid pack and possible the transmission valve body.
