2004 Ford E350 Clubwago 5.4L

Question

I had problems starting my van after 2 days of heavy rain. I scanned vehicle and found p1233 code. I replaced the FPDM on my van but I still get p1233 code and van won’t start without ether.
I have reset the IFS but still no start and code. Now I don’t even hear fuel pump come on, but van will run with ether.

You need to test for power at the IFS. Get a test light and with the engine cranking check for power on both wires from the switch. If the switch has failed you will get this code.
