2006 jeep liberty code p0430 replaced 02 sensors plugs map sensor fuel pump what next

Question

I've replaced all 4 o2 sensors, air filters, starter, map sensor, fuel pump, plugs, gas cap, and doing all that fixed all other codes but it's still throwing code P0430. I'm at a loss as to what to do now.

This code is for a faulty catalytic converter on bank 2. The next step is going to be to replace the converter to resolve the issue.
