From beginning car warmed up began missing, smelled burnt electrical. Heat gun on secondary coils found one way hot compared to others. pulled it was blown apart installed new one. Still had check engine light code PO354 pulled intake checked all secondary visual , pulled plugs installed new plugs reinstalled secondary coils. unhooked both battery cables shorted to each other 15 minutes (excluding battery side only cables to clear it possible.

Now we have no check engine light but code still appears on OBDII delete it returns

Wife normally drives it says rough in low gear but seems smooth after shifts

Wondering if shorted secondary coil caused failed primary coil ? code says either or on D circuit ???
