Replaced coil getting spark. Appear to have injector movement by listening with screwdriver

Hi there

Just because the injector is making noise, that doesn't always mean it's working as it should. I would try swapping that injector with the one next to it. Check for a vacuum leak around the intake on that cylinder as well. If these don't show any problems, do a compression test to make sure the inside of the engine is good.
