my hyundai coupe 2006 dont start

Question

My vehicle does not start, there is no electricity to the spark plugs, the radio works and the lights, however, when it is started, it does not start. When I scan I throw the code 1690. Another thing also does not work the glass opener.

P1690 is response from the smartra. before going any deeper into you check the fuseable link which is a 20 amp fusable link, and or the sensor fuse which is in the engine fuse / relay box which is a 10 amp fuse.and also lets not skip that a failed ECM relay can be the cause.

Here we use this diagram , the first arrow is the fuseable link that has to be check to ensure there is power, the Next it  gives power to the ECM relay which give power to the ignition coil.. You should also suspect that the ECM relay can be faulty
