P1604 if the engine stalled or the RPM goes lower than expected, you will set a P1604, and this will disable the ABS system , manufactuer do this for safety ,why the vehicle is not at manufactuers specifications, P060B what ever that big sound is, this can set off the knock sensor, So neither 2 of these codes are a solution to the problem but a result of the problem such as what is that big sound.
