Oil Pressure light dosen't come on when engine ifs off

Question

The low oil pressure indicator light on my 2005 Impala 3.4L engine does not illuminate when the engine is off and key is in run. I disconnected the cable from the sensor and the light does not illuminate. Same results when grounding sonsor cable.

This one you pull the instrument panel out and look in the back it may have the light bulb version. if that the case it could just be the light buld,
