Can i exchange my MAP sensor with a used one?

My car is running like it has the hick-ups and the code displayed is P1129. MAP sensor im being told at autozone. I found a used one that came off the exact same car as mines that was wrecked. Can I use this one instead of buying brand new? Im trying to save some cash.

Yes, definitely, but there is a chance that the used one is bad as well.
