For the rough idle and the bogging down these would be the P code, you would have to start with that,

P0300 Random misfire

P0706 Transmission range switch

The C codes are for the ABS (anti lock brake system) The P code are the one that have to be done first, P0706 which is for the transmission range switch check to see if the fuse went open should be listed as CB-15 which is a 15 amp fuse. If this vehicle has the distributor unit, that distributor has to be checked especially if there is a ignition rotor, make sure the rotor did not spin out of position (even though there is a screw for it) , The cause for the rough idle that is to be inspected and resolved first.
