This code is dealing with the camshaft solenoid actuator, where the exhaust camshaft sensor has detected a variation of the timing chain. This problem usually are from  2 component the camshaft  exhaust actuator solenoid , or the timing chain which is more than likely NOT the cause you would have 2 codes for the camshaft positioning sensor, Just do the exhaust actuator solenoid
