COULD THE CATALYTIC CONVERTERS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO ITH IT

IT AS RUNNING BEFORE BUT CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS CLOGGED I REPLACED NO IT COMES UP ITH THE CODES P0336 AND P1345 COULD THIS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO ITH IT ,IT ILL NOT START AT ALL NO

P1345 this would be with the distributor, being out of position, P0336 is the CKP without this signal there is no start, the CKP is located at the front harmosnic balancer, there is no way this code is related to the cataluytic convertor.
