I replaced air fuel senor/pvc valve/ air filter/senor on the first cat still running at a high rpm with check eng light on

What you have is a vacuum leak and the 2 02 sensor codes are the result, The vacuum leak is more internal unmeter air. A open EGR can do this and not even stumble the engine if the RPMS high , The unmeter air which is the vacuum can come from the fuel injector seal to the intake manifold gasket, the best way to find this is to use brake cleaner spay along suspected area and note the change in RPM that would indicate the leak
