where is the transmission fluid sensor located for a 2003 honda odyssey

Question

i have a 2003 honda odyssey, it ran fine the 1st 2 weeks.& then one day the it just started to jump , rapid acellaration, & then no movement what so ever.
then if you let it sit until it cools down from running temp. then you can start it up drive until it comes to running temp.. then no movement just like it is in nuetral.
