Before I could address the issue it broke down. It will start but won't go over 500-1000rpm. Any suggestions. It is two county's away and want to do the work myself before sending it to a shop down there. Appreciate any help

P0745 is more mechanical with the transmission, you would not have 3rd gear, P0174 and P0171 these are lean code condition , vacuum leaks can cause it and being both banks this can be caused by a diry MAF sensor, Your best bet since P0745 is fuse protected is to check the fuse , should be fuse number 37 which is a 15 amp fuse.
