RCM B1869 Code Help!

Question

I have a 2001 Ford expedition XLT. I am getting a airbag code B1869. I replaced the light bulb with a working one from a other spot. Didn't work. So I can not get the light to light up on my gauge cluster. I know there has to be a ground lose or broken or a bad RCM. But where are the ground located for I can check them out? Anyone else have this problem and got it fixed? let me know thanks

B1869 code this do the light bulb then do the on demand test , if you get B1869 that the RCM,
